Holly Shaver- Youth Development Specialist
    Holly serves as the youth development specialist for Stanly Life Path.  Holly's own participation in the Life Path program helps her better connect with participants on a direct level.

Barbara Simmons- Financial  Manager/Accountant
   Barbara acts as the fiscal staff for the Resource Development Center and assists as needed with program activities and events.

Lainie Cribb- Guidance and Counseling/ Program Coordinator

          Lainie serves as the program coordinator for Resource Development   
      Center as well as owner and operator of her own small business, The
      Uwharrie Learning Center.  Lainie's creativity and experience brings a new

Tiffany Hill- Intensive Service Coordinator

              Tiffany serves as the Intensive Services Coordinator at Resource  
      Development Center.  Post graduation with a degree from University of North
      Carolina at Pembroke, Ms. Hill has shown great promise after just one year in
      the field of juvenile justice and youth services programs.
