Life Path Participant Tim Napier lends a helping hand with Alcoa employees as they assist the Stanly Community Ministries Food Drive in Badin, NC.  A partnership with the Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina.

Resource Development Center is a 501(c)3 non-profit agency whose purpose is to offer Stanly County support services focused on the needs of the community.  At the present RDC focuses primarily on the WIA youth program, which combines the traditional year round youth training activities and summer youth employment component into a single program whose goal is to help youth successfully complete education, enter the workforce and become self-sufficient.


Resource Development Center plans to branch out and incorporate other community projects after the beginning of the New Year.
